Depends on what kind of video games you want to test. If you live in the Southern California area, there are a number of video game companies based there. Apply to each of them for Quality Control positions. Note, it's not great paying, and it is quite a bit of work.
If you want to test games without it being a full time job, try applying for closed beta MMORPG games. Look at places like MMORPG.com to find info on these. Apply to what you can, I've been in a few beta tests myself.

god i love this 1, heck when i was younger i wanted to be a stuntman, a pyrotechnics expert, or as always since i was a kiddo of around 3 to my recollection a rockstar. my kid brother wanted to play video games for a living. god im glad with age comes wisdom, cause im in real need of wisdom lmao.
