Cleared all of my plans 4 today. Then when i call to ask what time he said call back later, his mom was in the background yelling at him saying its too many people already too many people this was at 12:00 afternoon. I call back now 7:10,he said its too many people,"my fault" and laughed to lighten it. Now its Saturday i'm at home new fit nothing to do all because its too many people. At that we're close friends i was the first he told bout the party.

I'd be more hurt than mad. But next time you see him, just act like everything is cool, but don't bring up the party, just wait to see if he brings it up to apologize to you for having to miss it. If he doesn't bring it up, then he must not have minded that you weren't there. Then, I would be MAD! After that, I wouldn't give him the time of day.

If he invited you two weeks ago, why have you waited until today to find out about the time? The mother probably thinks you're a late comer and your friend probably can't convince her otherwise. It's her house and if she says there are too many people, there's nothing he can do about that. You should have responded to the invitation much earlier than today.

You are justified in being upset but it will not solve anything. Your friend should have checked more closely with his parents before inviting people but he didn't and its over now. Let your friend know you were disappointed and hurt then get over it. Its not worth dwelling on just learn a lesson for next time and be sure you are invited somewhere before you shell out money to go.

That was inmature of his mom to let u go to this party cause u were the first one to ask and u should be the honored guest. If he is really good friend of ures you have rights to go to his party if he is ure friend.

I would be really mad. Yall are suppose to be really good friends. He should have sent home someone else and told to to come on over. I wouldn't be friends with him anymore. That would really hurt my feelings!

Yes you should definetly be mad. That had you do all that stuff to get ready for that party, and he didn't have you come to the party!

Not a lot you can do about it if his mom was being a jerk about it. Don't get mad at your friend unless you find out he excluded you on purpose. Mom's can suck sometimes.

HELL YEA YOU SHOULD BE MAD! I WOULD BE DONE WITH THAT DUDE. THATs SUPPOSE TO BE YOUR CLOSE FRIEND, THEN YOU SHOULD BE THERE NO MATTER WHAT. IF HE NEEDS TO MAKE OTHER PEOPLE LEAVE SO THAT YOU CAN COME, THEN THATS WHAT HE SHOULD'VE DONE. THAT WOULDNT BE MY FRIEND.

Yes...way out of line. If you were the 1st he told, they should've made room for you.
