What outfit would you suggest that I wear with these shoes? I live in Wisconsin; it's only about 50 degrees so please choose jeans/pants for the bottoms.

Jeans or slacks, longer length with a flair, for sure. Plazo pants would work too.
If you are slender, you could get away with short (below the knee) plazo pants.
PS: how does one spell 'plazo'?

They are pretty versatile. You can wear them with a skirt, a dress, jeans or capris. They are cute.
