No, on nearly every form you fill in it asks what gender you are but it could be illegal soon the way the world is going.

like in public? i don't think so..but it is usually pretty easy to tell the difference between males and females...

I mean, it would probably be super annoying and rude to ask a drag queen what gender they were you know?
