I was just wondering if there were any black women who have had breast implants did you have any before and after photos. All of the before and after photo's that I have viewed have been for non - blacks.

I think some might have, but I doubt it's common. I think black women are more confident about their looks and body....they don't whine and complain like a lot of other races of women do. I'm not black, but this is a thing I like about black women...their confidence.

Not many if any black women would get implants, I'm as flat as a board and people can't tell if I'm coming, going, or standing sideways, I am that thin at 5'7 and 110 pounds, and this is after having a baby,and perfectly healthy... I'd never dream of having surgery to implant some "water balloon" in my chest or some bogus booty. I could, I just don't think with all of the hassle and pain it'd be worth it.
