so what's the 1st thing i should do to become a pa nurse?

Regulations are going to vary from state to state. I'd start looking into schools that can give you the training you are going to need. The people there will be able to give you the help you need to get a good job and work through all the certifications.

Dou you mean a nurse practitioner? physician assistant? I have never heard of a pa nurse.
