just want to know because i have a friend that said she is engaged and she is only in 8th grade

It might have to do with her religion because I know with some religions such as Muslim they have pre arranged marriages so maybe her parents picked that boy to be her husband once she gets old enough to get married. But if it has nothing to do with religion then they aren't really engaged they will grow out of it because they never experienced nobody else.

I got engaged at 16, got married at 17. I am going to be celebrating 4 years together and 3 years of marriage in July. I love my husband very much. We have a beautiful 2 year old daughter.

That is way to young. My cousin got married at 19 and they fight all the time. It's just to young. Your not fully matured at that age. You still need to grow up.

Well depending on what state it is it's legal...but who would want to get married at that age Geeze take the time to have SOME fun.

thats too young...I was married at 19 and even that now that I look back was too young. Maybe cause they don't know no better?

maybe because her parents are not around or don't care about what is happening in her life. i think it's very sad that children don't enjoy being children..and are so anxious to leave their families
