i feed BBS untill it is all gone and their stomachs are orange
am i feeding to much?
then i feed some worms for the smaller ones
and 6-12 hours later i feed BBS again?

Sounds like a good feeding regimen to me. As I'm sure you have noticed, they digest food very quickly. 3-4 times a day is certainly not over kill and they will grow faster for it.
