You'd have to define what you mean by super powers.
There are people out there who have mental abilities beyond the average.
There are people who are stronger and faster than regular people. Just how far the deviation is above normal remains to be seen.
Watch the movie Unbreakable which deals with this issue.

yes.i have super powers.im psychic and i have an empathic ability with animals and babies.
i think extreme feats of strength can be accomplished under the right circumstances.
