Let's say a person can move things with her mind. And she has these mental hands that move the objects. Would gravity have an affect on the hands if they move to far distance?

No one has telekinetic powers. They don't exist, and thus there's no reason to speculate as to whether or not they are stronger than gravity.

No-one has the power to move things with their minds, but some people suffer from the delusion that they can. Others think that they can read minds, or fly under their own power, or are Jesus Christ. There is a $1,000,000 prize for anyone who can scientifically prove psychic powers. Many have tried: none have succeeded.

Let's say a person can't move things with her mind and let it go at that. Gravity have nothing to do with it.

Eri's answer is dead on. There is, unfortunately, no evidence for ESP. Nobody has telekinetic powers, or can really read minds or see what's in a different place just by thinking about it. I say "unfortunately" because I would love it if ESP were true. What fantastic stuff we could do.
But, **sob**, not true.

Telekinesis is a mythical power that does not actually exist. Therefore it cannot be affected by gravity.

Do yourself a favor and become interested in real science. It is much more fun and rewarding in the long run.
