I'm sure that is a factor in why someone might not like white people.

This reminds me of something Malcom X wrote in his autobiography about the fact that untill he went to mecca his dealings with white people was always in the negative. Things like the racism he delt with at school because he was the only black there, the klan members that killed his dad, etc and because of this he thought that white people where naturally evil.

It wasn't until he went to mecca and got to know and do things like pray side by side with the white people also praying in mecca that he realized that not everyone who happens to be white is a bad person.

It's only natural not to like someone that doesn't like you.

But it important not lump everyone into the same group. Just because you find some (or even a lot) of people in one group that hates you doesn't mean you should hate everyone in that group of people

Much like love, hatred knows no boundaries. It has nothing to do with color, it has to do with people saying they are better than someone else. "Whites" can persecute other "whites" for other reasons. Jews are "white", but they were ( and still are) often persecuted. Same as "aryans", who are intolerant whites. What about "whites" who are gay or lesbian? They are often persecuted, also.
People need to get a grip and realize that they are no better than the next person, be they different sex, color, religion, orientation, etc. etc. If people honored and nurtured others for their talents and "positives" rather than what one thinks of their differences as "negatives", this would be a much happier planet.

Not all white people hate non-white people. People just need to move past history and know that maybe they are being judged more by their behavior or way of life then the color of their skin.
When non-white people play the race card thats when I react in a not so positive way toward their color.
Everyone is equal in my mind!

I think so. I'm not racist but it's the way some white people on here talk. It makes it seem like all white people are like that. Take Hotswede for example. She's a racist but not all white people are like her.

My parents are Italian immigrants and came here when I was a kid and I notice how blacks are the main focus of racism.
I think it's pathetic. Sometime i'm ashamed to claim white.
It just shows our unintelligence...
