you could buy a used phone then call your service provider that you want to switch your number to your new phone that you bought.but to get a new phone from your service provider,no way,you will have to finish your contract with them then close your account and reapply.

Sprint has so many rules to catch you even if you haven't asked for any phone model changes, that it is more likely they will add a new phone for any minutes change, or usage change without you even knowing it. Suddenly if you check your bill closely EVERY month, you notice they are charging you for a new model or a new roaming charge or something you know nothing about. Or you'll find you are being billed for more minutes than you've used.

The only BEST way to beat the system is to pay the high price for the model you want and DO NOT sign any contract at all. In the long run you'll come out way ahead because on a monthly basis you won't find they are tricking you into false charges. It is only a matter of time before they are sued for these supposed employee mistakes.

Buy the phone, forget the contract. Pay the $250 and the heck with the contracts. Now you own your phone not them. Don't believe me? Try this site:

Sorry but you will probably have to pay the full price. Maybe you can buy a used one. You might also want to check out eBay. There's always good deals but before you buy, check out the person's ratings first.

you could extend your contract for 2 more years, though 3 1/2 more years of something seems kind of daunting, its the most simple way
