does a split with your back leg almost touching your head have a name? and are there any exercises that can help to be able to do this?

it is a scorpion. Practice your splits (right, left, and middle) and back bends. You need strong and flexible legs as well as your back. Watch yourself in the mirror to see if you are getting your form right. Make sure you aren't going to the side or leaning too much in one direction. Good luck!

i dont know if has a name, but if you make sure youre quads are well stretched and your hips, and work on getting a scorpion, you should be able to do it.whichever leg you get a scorpion with should be your back leg, btw.

you can do it by working on your flexibility and working on your splits!
