Does anyone know where i can download Attention Please and Dragon Zakura episodes with english subs?

do you know where i can download FULL episodes of these 2 dramas? if there arent any full, then in parts? ive been looking on veoh and youtube but some of them are incomplete or have really really bad graphics.
