There should be a plate with the certifications listed on the tank. if newer than approx 1980 it may be a sticker.
you may be able to find a date and model cast in the cylinder or case.sometime stamped.
You must be needing to overhaul the compressor for the need of this info. personally I havent had much luck accept by matching parts or custom make them.
You may try contacting Cambell Housefield for some help.

Go to chpower.com, that's Campbell Hausfeld's website. You'll probably have to email them for help if you can't find a sticker or a small metal plate with the info on it.
