What is the name of a prism that when a laser light enters it at any angle it is reflected back parallel to it?

Such a prism is generally called a "corner cube". It is one type of retroreflector.

Other types of retroreflectors include hollow retroreflectors (three mirrors forming a corner) and cats-eye retroreflectors (with a reflector at the focal region of a lens).
