I live in Korea and will briefly be in Tokyo and Yokohama this month. I am looking for scrapbooking supplies such as decorated pages, stickers and die-cuts. This is not a known hobby in Seoul but I am hoping that Japan has caught on since I was there 10 years ago. I know about the international order sites. I am just looking to peruse in an actual store.

Yuzawaya (ユザワヤ)is one of the biggest Japanese department store, specialised in handicrafts , art supplies, fabrics, and so on. Today I've just visited Yuzawaya in Kichijoji which is the nearest "Yuzawaya" from the central area of Tokyo. The shop is eight-story building and is located near the Kichijoji JR train station (1or 2 min. from the south exit of the train station). I've confirmed that they sell scrap-booking supplies at the art supply department, 6th floor of the building.
On the 6th floor, stickers and die-cuts are sold in the scrap-booking section, and special papers and decorated pages for scrap-booking are sold in the paper section.

*Kichijoji is a fashonable and very populer town in Tokyo for shopping, eating, and etc, and it takes only 15 min. from Shinjuku by train (JR Chuo-line).

P.S Tokyu hands shops also sell some scrapbooking supplies, they have shops in Shinjuku, Shibuya, and etc ( I visited the shops, to buy some livingwares, stationaries, but can not assume whether they have many line items for scrapbooking and worth visiting for the purpose.)

There is one in Ginza - but they only have a Japanese site.

The name of the shop is called Ginza Soleil Honten and the address is 6-2, Ginza 1-chome, Chuo-ku, Tokyo. It is on the second floor of a building called Ginza A Building. It is open on weekdays from 9:30-17:30. Hope this helps.

Kinokuniya (Omote-sando and elsewhere), National Azabu (Hiroo) and Meidi-ya (Hiroo, Roppongi and elsewhere) are probably best known. There's also Seijo Ishii (Shibuya and elsewhere), which offers better prices than the three above, but probably not as much variety.
