I don't look for mistakes but they jump out at me.
It annoys my hubbie who just tells me to shut up its only a film!!

What really annoys me is when there's a necklace on the actress one second then not the next, you can easily tell when filming has stopped and restarted for example overnight.

How can a big budget film costing millions to make not pay a guy a few quid to look out for things like that while filming.

I'd do the job!!

Not the first time. And if it's a good film not for a long time. But after I've seen a pic a million times, sure. My sister is fascinated by how Dorothy's hair changes in the Wizard of Oz. Her braids get longer and shorter as the curl relaxes.

My husband does, it drives me mad. My God they are only human beings that are making these films so of course they're going to be mistakes. I think he found 10 in the first spiderman. I must admit after all that sometimes the mistakes can be quite funny.

Yes if its a historical movie like for example a movie about Henry the 8th or if i read a book and it comes out as a movie and the story line has change quite a bit. but i am not 'sad' enough to look for technical error for example someone having a different haircut during the same scene.

Never plan to really but when i spot something that a wee bit odd i always rewind the dvd to see! For examples the fighters in Gladiator wearing up to date sneekers, Gandalf in LOTR was wearing them too but the most bizarre was spiderman appearing for a split second while i watched the Italian Job! Weird but true!

Only if it's a film I've watched a few times anyway.

Well I am also too thick to in general notice any inconsistencies, except this forever crazy (presumably done for one or other purpose) occurence, that in movies and especially on tv the character(s) depart with their car in bright daytime to go somewhere and after the short time the arrive and it is night time; or even one of the two sides (departure or arrival) it is often raining. (Presume all films are shot in short days and winter????)

I sometimes look at www.imdb.com and put a programme or film in the search and see if they have any goofs section on that paticular title, but thats only if I think I have seen a goof in a programme and want to find out if I'm right
