Always get checked out by your doctor if you have had a fall during pregnancy. But you shouldn't worry too much...the baby is in the most sophisticated, shock absorbing environment in the world. Your body protects the baby very well...even if you took a tumble.

Make sure to see the doctor, but you should be fine! Pregnant women are pretty clumsy...most of us have taken a couple falls!

how far along are you. You don't need to worry unless you are really big and hit the baby when you fell. If you are under 4 months the baby is would have just sloshed aroudn and will be fine. I fell at 16 weeks really hard and was fine

the main worry is rupturing the membranes.... so just make sure there isn't any fluid leaking or spotting in the next few hours.. the odds of causing any brain damage or worse...a miscarriage is very very little. Take it easy for a little while and try not to stress too much (it'll cause contractions that could further damage your membranes). Best of luck to you and your little one.

Unless you fell like from a 2nd story window, I wouldn't worry. (But you're pregnant and all you're probably doing is worrying right!)

But trust me there's so much cushion and fluid protecting that little miracle that he or she is just fine. Trust me, you hurt your own self 100 times more than they even know about.

Think of it this way, would a cadillac notice that it ran over a pebble?? Ummm, not really. :)

Good luck and God bless you all!
