You will never know unless you sit down and ask him your self. Maybe he thinks the same thing about you right now. There could be somthing else bothering him and he just doesn't know how to put it into words. But if you show interest in him, he is bound to share with you how he is feeling.
Sometimes if I don't engage in a conversation with my husband, he'll be quiet for hours and hours on end. Doesn't mean that he doesn't love me, it just means that our lives are so routine, there isn't many new things to talk about..
We know this, recognize it and find ways to change up the routine a little, usually what is important to him will be important to you .. But if not, you will find out when you sit down to have a talk with him about it all.
Leave the fear of him seeing someone else out of the conversation. You have enough instinct to know wether or not he is telling you the truth about your relationship, so just try to minimize any anymosity, insults or possible accusations. This is both your situation and you both are responsible for a child together, so you need to stay rational and focused on the subject at hand. Good luck

After three years of being together things are bound to get a little bit routine. I can tell you really love him and I'm sure that he feels the same way. Have you talked to him about this? how does he feel? Have you tried to make alone time or special time together w/o the baby? Maybe you should plan a weekend away so you can re-connect with eachother.
Good luck, and hang in there. Relationships are like jobs, you have to work at them everyday.

You'll have to make the first move-start to act the same way that you did when you first met-tell him you love him, kiss him,be affectionate. Get a babysitter for your son and go out more often. Your relationship has become too routine and you need to spice it up. If he doesn't respond ,then you'll have to discuss it with him and find out what is bothering him.

No realtionship is as exciting as it was before - especially with a child to care for. Sounds like you have 2 babies in your life! Time to move on but make sure he supports his son. Sorry for you all

Some people aren't suited for marriage and childrearing. That's the sad truth. He could be bored, which is dangerous in a relationship. You need to talk to him about it and offer to go to couples counseling. Good luck!

My father told me that if a man doesn't put a ring on your finger, he doesn't love you AND he doesn't want you to have his children.
