If so how, because when try to "attach files" on yahoo, and put the movie, the page instantly goes to the "page cannot be displayed" page. please help. thanks :)

A movie is way over the size limit, you could compress it with winrar or winzip and send it to any of your contacts thru msn or yahoo messenger.

How big is the movie? Are you maybe exceeding the capacity of attachments that you are allowed by yahoo for email? there is a limit (and it's not that big... it tells you on the attach page).
If it's too big, try compressing the movie with winzip
If that's still too big, try cutting the file into smaller pieces (winzip will do this too... make lots of smaller archives) and send them one at a time.
Remember... the person who gets them will have a limited size mailbox, so if you send them all at once their mailbox may fill up and bounce your mails back to you.

I think it will be better if u shared the file through some p2p software instead of sending it on email coz email attachments take a lot of time.Or instead try to upload it to some file sharing site like rapidshare etc n send the other person the link to download it.

no you can't send full length movies over email becoz they are too large in terms of size. you can only send short video clips.

you can use a small, free program, called Pando to transfer large file that cannot be sent as email attachments.
