Two contenders, already mentioned---Duck Soup and A Night at the Opera---Fans tend to like Duck Soup more because it's pure, unadulterated Marx, and includes the fourth performing brother, Zeppo, and also features some legendary comedy sequences. A Night at the Opera has top MGM production values, some very good music, an actual story, and some wonderful lines and sequences, and the glorious travesty of "Il Trovatore" at the climax..
Groucho preferred A Night at the Opera, probably because it was much more successful than any of their films for Paramount had been.
Fun addendum: Mike Nichols, the talented director and former sketch comic, once met Groucho at a party and told him how much he loved A Night at the Opera. Groucho beamed in pleasure at the nice young man's comments, until Nichols added, --"I just loved that love story with Alan Jones and Kitty Carlisle!"
The two became very good friends afterwards.

I would say that "A Night At The Opera" is considered by fans and critics to be the best Marx Brothers film.
Although, for my money, I prefer the earlier movies; "Animal Crackers", "Duck Soup" and "Monkey Business". They were pure Marx mayhem without the intrusion of love stories and big musical numbers.

I'd say "Duck Soup" - it has the classic mirror routine, for one, and the satire on war still holds up today!
