walls are all yellow under UV light...?

Question

i bought a UV light and all over my walls in the bathroom and kitchen there is YELLOW. yellow stains dripping and stuff just coming down the walls ALL OVER.

i tryed cleaning it and it wont clean. without the UV light u cant even see it. what could this stuff be????

It may be a component in the actual paint that fluoresces under UV light. If you can;t see it otherwise, why worry?
