You're probably thinking of "The Good Shepherd" with Matt Damon, Angelina Jolie, Robert DeNiro, William Hurt, Joe Pesci, Billy Crudup, Michael Gambon, Lee Pace - and others!
It's not out on DVD until April 3. But I imagine it left all theatres some time ago.
It's an alright film, just long (pushing three hours).
"The Departed" is about the State Police and FBI in Boston. "Breach" is about a spy in the FBI.

CIA hmmm. in theatres still, probably Breach
the bourne identity or supremecy are sort of cia movies on dvd and are pretty sweet.(matt damon)
also the good sheperd which i havent seen so dont know if its any good (matt damon)
