He will usually do stupid stuff around you, call you names, run away from you, try to physically hurt you or humiliate you, avoid you, etc. etc. - anything at all BUT actually come to you and say he likes you or spend time in close proximity to you.
As they get older, all that stays the same, and they still do all the same stupid stuff, but instead of not spending time close to you, you will be hard pressed to keep them out of your face 24/7.

There are certain ways that you can tell if a guy likes you he will look at you in a certain stare he will do anything to get next to you.

he makes physical contact
he talks about you
he teases u
when u pass him, he quickly starts talking to his friends
