Paper filed tax returns are not being processed until the glitch is fixed.

According to the Canada Revenue Agency Site:
Currently, you cannot file your personal return electronically by NETFILE, TELEFILE or EFILE. Until the problem is resolved, we cannot process returns filed on paper, or returns filed electronically before the system interruption. Refunds will be delayed until processing is resumed.

If you mailed it Feb 19th, and they happened to get it through the system before the problem, expect your return within 3 to 4 weeks from the time they processed it. If you have a "My Account" with the CRA you can check the status at any time.

You cannot register for "My Account" until the glitch is fixed. If you want more information on this service, check out http://www.cra-arc.gc.ca/eservices/tax/individuals/myaccount/menu-e.html

Hope this helps.
