It seems that Lana and Lex will tie the knott in one of the last episodes of Smallville Season 6. But does Lana really want to get married to Lex? I have heard that that the only reason Lana is marrying Lex is because she is pregnant. Now I have also heard that Lana has a miscarriage and may change her mind about marrying Lex.

There a spoilers out there that are saying that Lana has a misscarriage and that she does not get married to Lex. Lana does love Lex but she loves Clark more if she wasnt pregnant Clark would of taken her back. It was in one of the episodes

i don't be attentive to,maybe. because of the fact all of us be attentive to who Clark supposedly finally ends up with later on. If Lex and Lana get married i do no longer think of Clark and Lex would be friends lower back. it may probable in simple terms make issues worse between them.

Lana didn't marry Lex in the comics, she married Pete Ross. I don't know where the creators of Smallville are going with their show, but I don't like them screwing with the origins...
Also, there is something fishy with the pregnancy...It isn't Lex's baby. Him and the doctor have done something to her, so her body may reject it.

I'm not sure, but I don't think she has Lex's baby in her, I think he is using her as some kind of experiment.
