Ahahaha...Okay, I'm not an adult but uh, yeah, sorry this is kind of not agreeing with your question, but we probably DON'T know as much as adults do about sex. And uh, yeah....they probably DO know that their kids are growing up, but just aren't willing to accept it. Look at it from your parents point of view. It's kind of like the way you'd consider a 2 years old's maturity level. Get it? Cool stuff.

Why don't you work on your English? If you so "smart" then do you realize how much a child would cost if you were to have one? Do you know all the symptoms of STD's to know that you have one? Sex is is supposed to between married couples.
Who are you telling grown people what to accept? You are a child, nothing more and nothing less. The only thing you should focus on is getting an education.
Ask yourself this? Am I ready to be a parent? I can answer that for you. No, your not. Get a life and focus on having fun without having sex.

WEll would it suprize you that most of your parents were doing the same thing at your age weather they want to admit it or not. see the thing is they just don't want you to know they them selves are human. See we all make make mistaked and honestly have sex at 14 or any age is a mistake with the std's that run rampid these days. pregnancy is the last thing I wanna worrie about it is aids and all that other stuff out there. Ps. I am a monther I was pregnant at 14 I speak from the heart when I say wait to have sex till you are all grown up and making an educated disision about being with the one you love or wanna merry. In the real world I know better but you can not blame a mommy for thinking that can ya now...

I am a parent of 3 teenage boys...I never thought I would be this old...:-)...however...someone said that things were soooo different 15-20 years ago...well...it wasnt THAT different in regards to sex and drugs...okay...there were no cell phones...and computers were not as prevalent...but we still had sex...and we still smoked pot..We did not have the diseases that are out there now...Herpes was the biggest worry back then....I have a great relationship with my boys...they tell me about their girlfriends and how far they have gone...and I must say...things dont sound sooo different...There were girls at my school who were having sex young...and then there were those who waited longer...but hardly ANYONE waited until they were married...we are not THAT OLD>>and I thought my parents were stupid and didnt know anything about anything...BOY WAS I WRONG>>>.I only know that now that I am 40...you have much to learn young 14 year old....just enjoy being 14....you have many many years to be having sex....and another thing....I always tell my boys...if you cant handle the responsibility of pregnancy..then you shouldnt be having sex...because...you just never know....If you can support a child should that ever happen...then knock your socks off!

Yea teens know just about as much as sex as adults do, that would explain why the rate of teen pregnancy is so high and why like 7 out of every 10 teens who have sex get an STD.
Dear face it, your just another teen who THINKS he knows everything when really she does not even know half..
My mother is a GYN and she told me most teen moms she sees tell her they got pregnant by the pull out method which only a teenager is dumb enough to believe will work.
My mother goes to High Schools a few times a year to talk about safe sex and she said everytime she does most the teens have no clue that you can still catch STD's when using a condom, that BC fails and that the pull out method does not work.
Like I said, just another teen who thinks they know everything when you do not even know half...I bet you any amount of money you could not even name 5 STD'S without looking them up on the net, about the only two you could probably name is HIV and AIDS.

OMG you are a complete idiot. and no teenagers don't know everything about sex i have been there i know. i am 21 now and am having a kid of my own and seriously i don't even want to think that my little bundle of joy will be having sex one day. parents like to keep there kids, kids in their minds. why can't you let them have that. considering what they have gone through to bring you into this world. the fact of the matter is teens should n't be having sex till they are adults which in australia is classed as 18. before that you are a child and should not be doing adult things. if teenages think they have the right to have sex then they should also have to go to work fulltime and not school( believe me you want to stay in school as long as you can its easier) and should have to pay for their own bills. which means they would never be allowed out be cause they would have no money to spend. TEENAGERS be teenagers not adults its not that much fun to be grown up.

parents do not want to believe that they are growing up they do not realize how fast time goes by. parents do no what is going on but they do not want to accept that idea. because even 5 years ago is different than today If you are 14 picture how there life was 14-20 Years ago, Now a days kids beat up there parents, they threaten them or even try to kill them. each year is different. They do not want to believe what is going on.

Because sex is supposed to be something beautiful shared between two people who absolutely LOVE each other. Not two people who've been going out for two months calling themselves in love and steady. I'm 15 and know that. Learn the difference love.

You have some good points kid, but I guarantee you that you do not know as much about sex now as you will in 20 years. Not to say you shouldn't be having it, just let's be realistic about who knows what.
As for everything else—the world is fµcked up: get used to it. You'll be happier once you do.
