It hasn't been added to the Merriam-Webster site. If it ever is added, it will be awhile, as they review the course of a new word in order to decide if it's prevalent enough to add, the word has to last more than just a few years.

A word becomes a word when a group of people agree that it has meaning. If the pool of users spreads, it survives, if not, then it is merely a failed attempt at coining a word.
Truthiness is an excellent description of the loose approach that some people (particularly in government) take to statements supposed to be factual.

It's a made up word that, if used more and more frequently by the press or entertainment media, and in general conversation by everyday Americans, it can become an official word and be entered into dictionaries no less.
