1. Rip Hamilton (he's a underrated offensive threat)
2. Jason Kidd ( been doing his thing for years)
3. Tony Parker ( very quick & big in the paint)
4. Chauncey Billups ( 2004 Finals MVP)
5. Manu Ginobli ( great offensive agility)
6. Jason Terry ( did better then Dirk in 06 finals )
7. Mike Bibby ( shows up in big games )
8. Jason Williams (stupid at times but it also helps him)
9. Steve Nash (for the past 3 years he's the nba's worst player)

OK, saying who is "better" implies a choice of one out of two. You needed to say something like "who is the best from this group" or (because this is what you did) "how would you rank this group according to their skill".
You put the two-time MVP last, behind Jason Williams and Jason Terry? What is "offensive agility", the thing that you say Ginobili has? Who underrates Rip Hamilton's offense? It's all he's got! He's a scorer and nothing else.
You seem to be ranking them in terms of their PLAYOFF performances. You needed to be clear about this: is it a ranking based on regular season performance, playoff performance or both? Then you can downplay Nash's MVPs.
