I take my pills at 8 pm. If the clocks are going forward tonight then tomorrow should I take the pill at 8 or 9pm?

take it at 8:30... then go back to 8. Really 1 hour won't affect you much... it's when you miss your pill by more like 4 hours the week before your period that you may see an effect.

Take one tomorrow night at 8:30 and then go back to 8:00 after that. You won't be off by very much this way.

One hour difference will not change the effectiveness of your birth control pill. Rest assured, you may keep taking your pill at the time which is most convenient for you.

Conitnue taking it at the same time. The reason for taking it at the same time every day is so you remember.
