Yes some boys start as early as 10 and some start later but it's perfectly normal. As a minister I would suggest you talk to your youth pastor about the morality of it and about what the Bible teaches on this and many subjects as when your doing it I am sure your thinking thoughts of a girl in process and that is normal but could be sinful as it's lust and it's wrong. Women are not sex objects but gifts of God and should not be looked at only for sexual pleasure. I might suggest waiting and finding other things to take your mind off sex and onto healthier things. Only if it is less than 5 times per day. 3 on a school day. Too much may be a problem. Not at all would be too.
