It sounds as though your rat may have a sty on her eye. I would consider having a vet look at here. I would not recommend your trying to remove it. If she is not able to blink, she needs medical attention. If an animal cannot blink, they cannot keep foreign materials out of their eyes and their eyes need moisture like ours do, if she cannot blink it could damage her eye.

find a good exotic animal vet in your area and let them take care of it. if you try to do so yourself you might end up maling it worse or blinding her.

call your local vet it could be anything.and u want professional help for her..good luck

take her to the vet and don't mess with her eye, you could cause her more harm than good. Please go to the vet.
