hmm . . . i would use natural colors, so maybe a light brown all over the lid, then line your eyes with a dark brown, and a light champagne color right under the end of your eyebrow. wet 'n' wild has an AMAZING eyeshadow trio with all of these colors in it. i know what your probably thinking, yeah sure wet 'n' wild . . . but i'm telling you. i have very oily eyes lids & i've tried all types of eyeshadows, including clinique & lancome, and NONE of them stay like wet 'n' wild. it's amazing, it even stays through a workout.
orrr . . . if you're feeling very adventurous, use a medium brown shimmery shadow all over the lid, and then line your eye with a red shimmery shadow. [lancome has a very nice one, part of a 4-shadow set.]
hope this helps!

Brown eyeshadow with a touch of champagne sparkle highlight. Also, a pink below the brow to bring out the color. Hope its a lovely wedding.

Natural colors are always the best answer. You want to enhance your natural beauty NOT draw attention away so that all anyone will notice is your eyeshadow.

I suggest a soft taupe or champagne with a tiny bit of shimmer. Black eyeliner will add a touch of elegance.
