It means that if a person who cheats once on someone, whether they are married to the person or not married, then they will always cheat. I do not believe that. I believe that most people deserve another chance.

That cheater will ALWAYS remain cheater no matter what .But sometimes giving a chance is not a bad thing.

It means that if a person has cheated once, they will cheat again. It's also completely untrue.
It means the person saying it to you has been cheated on and now has little or no faith in the opposite sex.
Just because a man (or woman) cheated once, does NOT mean that they will do it again. People DO change, and learn from their mistakes.

It means people who cheat once will continue the pattern. However, that is also stereotyping. Sometimes even the biggest players will change their cheating ways when they finally meet the right person. What they usually need is someone who is such a challenge they spend all their time trying to win them over and don't have time to cheat any more.

means if they have done it before than the chances are good that they may do it again. as it is a pattern of behavior for some men. they have gotten away with it before so it just becomes a habit for them, to get what they want when they want it.

Well it means that if a man's cheat on you and gets away with it, he will keep cheating on you because he knows all he has to do is look pathetic and sorry and you will forgive him.
