do people in the mid states know about Hollywood and have MTV and about beverly hills and stuff???

Wow, what a bizarre grouping of states. Yes, they do. A more interesting question would be, why do you think that they would not have access to these? After all, Ohio is the 7th most populated state!

I live on the Kentucky, Ohio state line and it seems to be a fairly popular thing to keep up on Hollywood gossip. The stars always seem to do things that is so much different from our lives so maybe that is why.

they do we all have cable so ....well the people that can afford it now about hollywood and they probably have wal mart so they might have seen a magazine there and no you did not hurt my fellings

They also have modern medicine, sitcoms, hot and cold running water, and Yahoo! Answers.
