We were talking about circumcision and we both agreed that it looks much nicer when a guy is but can you actually feel the difference when you have sex? We both agreed it is the same with a condom on but we could not agree about it without a condom

The real reasoning behind circumcision first came about was about cleanliness. Much easier to stay clean with the circumcision.
Now as far as feeling, the uncircumcised guy has much more feeling in the tip of his member than a circumcised guy. The circumcised guys tip actually does not have as much feeling, because over time the nerve endings get lax, and the feeling is not as pronounced.
The girl will not feel much difference with either one.

Circumcision is a custom, not a medical necessity. As far as the feeling of sex, I have heard (from a doctor not just on the street) that as long as the foreskin can contribute to less sensation but that it isn't enough to keep the individual from climax. Also, not always does it look much nicer, I have seen some medical books on bad circumcisions that would shock the heck out of you!

My friend said she didn't enjoy sex as much when she was with an uncircumcised guy, she said it felt strange. But she also said she may have felt that way just because she knew he wasn't circumcised and she didn't really like how it looked.
