Funny, if they can't be surrendered then what the hell is going on in North Korea??? Oops, guess they CAN be! Even if something intrinsically belongs to you, you still must fight to keep it. We all are born with a basic right to life. This right is violently taken from thousands of people everyday. There are people such as soldiers and police officers who give us the the security of having our rights without having to defend them ourselves, so yes, they are giving them to us sometimes in exchange for their own.
