It is apparent that they are hiring news anchors because they are "eye candy" rather than having news anchors that can actually report the news. Sad actually...

No I am not tired of them. In fact, it sorta bugged me when they replaced one recently. Found out, the former evening news anchor switched to early A.M. news. :-( n

Our local news anchors are patronizing, chubby, inappropriately cheerful, condescending, fear mongers and dress terribly.

i love my local anchors. especially this weather guy, it's just comforting to see his face, and i swear he's always happy! even if he was to say 'sorry folks but theres a killer hurricane coming' he'd still be smiling. heh
