I would like info about how to star in a television commercial if you are a teenage girl.

Seek a talent agency. Although that does not virtually validate you as a talented, but they will promote and find you opportunities such as commercials. You really just have to be in the loop and an agency will put you in the loop if you have "it". If you believe you do, then go for it! You should have no problem landing a commercial. Good luck!

Casting directors contact and request they submit clients for casting consideration. The auditions are usually boring, but, it's a good way to network with other actors and find out what's going on.

First you join the actors union. Then hope for a part. Many, many more actors for the spots and there are opportunities.
