The check was said to be lottery winings which I did not enter but if I cash it I will receive 120000.00 in return . does any one know of this?

It is a scam do not tempt to cash it the bank will not cash it for you the reason it is a scam because what company would automatically send a check to you out of the blue the reason is because they will try to get you to send money to them in return throw it out.

a lot of banks try this, it is a check that basicly if you cash it you just agreed to a loan most likely a mortgage of you guessed it 120,000.00 and then when you cant pay up they come after you. oddly enough it almost seems legal, but of course nothing is for free.

report it to your main post office. it is a scam and illegal.

you don't need anything like that with your personal ID on it nor near your bank accounts.

take it your bank and have the Bank President call it in.. They can sometimes trace these things.. DONT CASH... cause its a scam and you will end up losing all your money.. good luck..
