It is not for use in an oven. Use parchment paper in the oven. You can get it in the grocery store in the section where they have cake mixes.

No, it won't shrink, but the wax will melt and get in your food.

No, it stays the same size but it will burn unless it's completely covered by whatever you are baking. .
