Your question doesn't make sense. Was the loud noise coming from your wife's ear? Was the noise in your head? Did your wife's head explode? A little help here.

As your Question is not very clear .I will try and answer to the best of my ability. As you were asleep and snoring your wife heard a the loud snoring and shouted at you to stop snoring so that she could sleep in peace.I hope this loud noise stops if you reduce weight / drink . wishing you all the best.
