Why must there be a story? Why should I take time at all. There are many places and many cook books that expose us to Vegan food. We are adults and can make up our own mind.

I'll listen to you, or the TV, or read about it. I don't know if that was supposed to be a link you have there regarding Penn State--so I don't know if you want us to know something positive or negative about veganism. I am willing to listen to either.
