No. The matter is much overblown, and there is no realistic method of dealing with carbon dioxide at a price that anyone could afford to pay. The UN has proposed a program; the price tag: $557,000,000,000,000 -- far more than the total value of every single asset on the planet.

Well, I do expect congress to take it seriously, but that certainly does not include Al Gore. Politician and Movie maker he is, scientist he is not.

No, Al Gore has lost all credibility with me, not that he ever had much to begin with. I have a problem with anyone who can tell everyone to reduce their green house emissions when their mansion uses twelve times the electricity of the average American house.
