How many painkillers can you take at one time before you O.D?

It depends on the pill and the person. Hope you aren't looking for some sort of Dr Death instructions.

Acetaminophen (Tylenol) may cause liver failure at doses of around 7 grams (about 14 extra strength tablets) Liver failure is a very unpleasant way to die.

Morphine may be fatal on as little as 20-30 mg, but people who are on narcotics longterm may withstand much much higher doses.

never take more than twice the reccomended dosage in the recomended time without a doctors consent.

the amount that it takes each person to o.d. is different.

i reccomend staying away from painkillers unless you need them for physical pain.

Depends on which drug, body size, tolerance (from extended use). I personally know people who have done 50 vicodin at one time and survived.
