im having my sweet sixteen next year and im completely broke :[ does anyone know of a way i can make money without spending too much at the same time??

I don't know where you live so it's hard to figure out what's possible in your area. The sorts of things I would pay someone of your age to do are: dog walking near my home; garden/yard clean-up; helping me do the dishes etc. after a party; run errands; baby sitting;
At 15 it's hard to get regular jobs, so I suggest you post a sign in a local store, and be sure to get your parents to check out the responses with you!!
Are you a very good student? Perhaps someone could hire you to help a younger child with homework.
