I don't think I can cope with YA anymore - it's giving me a very dim view of humanity. The worst kind of cretinous, racist, narrow-minded and hateful bigots are spilling their filth onto this place and nothing's done about it, aside from ocassioanly taking 10 points off them.
Why is this planet so full of hatred and idiocy?

I get really disgusted at times myself. I try to seek out questions I can answer, that might be of some help to someone... I see a lot of ignorance, rudeness, much lack of respect to put it lightly. So if you can find an answer to your question, I'd love to read it! I try to be respectful of other people. I have seen some things that shouldn't even be allowed to be asked. One in particular was making fun of retarded people , as they put it. I have a brother with cerebreal palsy that has more brains in his little pinky than that person. that really agrivated me.That person might not think it is so funny if one day they have a child that might have a problem. Well, enough... I agree with you though.

I ask myself the same question every day. I mean, some of us actually come here to get help, or suggestions, or just talk to some new people- but it ruins it for us when there are people coming on here asking sick things that suggest child molestation/abuse, animal cruelty, etc., just to get reactions out of people and to have a laugh for themselves. People are vile sometimes, and sick. I try to just ignore those who are ignorant enough to be this way and focus on the people who are actually here to ask or get a real answer to a real question.

I know what you mean. Sometimes I take long breaks from here because it can be depressing. Just keep in mind that usually contented, decent people don't say much, but unhappy, troublemaking, tortured people always stir the pot.

hatred and idiocy are just what people think of others e.g. the 7/11 bombers thought what they were doing was right, while we think it was wrong.
but because we only have a short time on Earth, i think people just want to make their point loud and clear
