many offer 'entry level' positions that don't require experience

I agree with the first answerer... internships.

Internships are a great way of stepping into an organization at a challenging level. If you simply apply for a fresher job, it could take many years before you begin to do interesting work. If you are an unpaid intern, they feel they owe it to you (since they aren't paying you), to have you do interesting work. And then, if they like you and you like them, you can get hired to continue at that level, rather than having to start at the bottom.

Internships are the easiest way in, the easiest way to learn, and the easiest way to move on up.

And if you always keep your internship attitude, if you are always a fresh, eager learner, you'll move up at a good pace.

Now in this COMPETATIVE WORLD we have to strive hard in our college life itself.V have to prove ourself better than others by extra qualifications.It's better if V do part-time job in our college days thereby it also becomes our experience and useful and V can also get monetary benefits by this.

You are wrong. Now many companies like fresh graduates.
They can mold in any posts easily.

You have to be able to sell yourself( no I don't mean like a H***er). If I am going to hire someone inexperienced they have to be motivated. Being outgoing during an interview will sometimes help.

Try to do MBA . or join any new course . it may be one way to get job. best of luck.
