As stated before, most all fish have teeth somewhere. I guess the most visable besides a pirhanna, would be pufferfish and barracuda.

Almost all fish have teeth but very few aquarium fish get teeth larger enough to do damage to people. Some catfish have small teeth that act like a piece of sandpaper on your skin, not pleasant but not all that dangerous.

Virtually all fish have teeth of some sort, whether in the jaw as we are used to, on the sides of the jaw, on the roof of the mouth, on the tongue or even in the throat.

What you're describing isn't that unusual. likely the milk the tooth will finally fall out by skill of itself, of direction, yet interior the intervening time his mouth would be slightly crowded. i could think of that the only element a dentist could do is pull the milk the tooth, that are slightly nerve-racking, and the dentist won't pick to try this till it is needed. whilst the milk the tooth falls out the hot one will pass forward to fill interior the hollow. i could wait a week or 2 and notice what happens. The milk the tooth is probable loose now.
